Voor onze winkel in Oostende zoeken we een enthousiaste en verantwoordelijke Assistant Manager / Winkelverantwoordelijke die samen met de zaakvoerders mee zijn of haar schouders onder de dagelijkse werking wil zetten.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij geen dag helemaal hetzelfde is:

  • Je organiseert en volgt de dagelijkse werking van de winkel mee op.
  • Je stuurt collega's aan, ondersteunt hen en weet hen te motiveren.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie en goed gevulde rekken.
  • Je bewaakt orde, netheid, kwaliteit en versheid.
  • Je volgt bestellingen en leveringen mee op.
  • Je coördineert de kassa- en winkelactiviteiten.
  • Je staat klanten met plezier te woord en zorgt voor een uitstekende service.
  • Je pakt problemen op de werkvloer zelfstandig aan en zoekt naar oplossingen.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de zaakvoerders neem je de verantwoordelijkheid mee over.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en brengt graag nieuwe ideeën aan.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken geen perfect cv, maar vooral een gemotiveerde collega die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in retail of de voedingssector;
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij het aansturen en begeleiden van een team;
  • Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en positief ingesteld;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en ziet werk voordat iemand het moet vragen;
  • Je blijft rustig en doeltreffend wanneer het druk wordt;
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen;
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag mee op de vloer;
  • Je hebt oog voor orde, kwaliteit en detail;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar;
  • Je bent bereid om in het weekend en op feestdagen te werken.

Ervaring als verantwoordelijke of Assistant Manager is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. Wij vinden je ingesteldheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en motivatie minstens even belangrijk.
