Je team bepaalt in belangrijke mate de loyaliteit van onze klanten. Als assistent servicemanager ben je samen met de servicemanager verantwoordelijk voor een actieve bijdrage aan het afdelings- en teambeleid van onze Aftersales team. Je monitort en optimaliseert de klanttevredenheid van onze klanten en bewaakt de staat van onderhoud van de werkplaatsequipment. Als assistent servicemanager werk je ook mee en ontvang je onze klanten als een waar gastheer waar je een goede relatie mee weet op te bouwen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van werkzaamheden en beheren van werkorders. In dit hele proces informeer en adviseer je de klant optimaal. Je communiceert helder en transparant en geeft de klant uitleg over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en reparaties. Daarnaast voer je diverse administratieve handelingen uit waaronder de facturatie. Jouw serviceniveau bepaalt in belangrijke mate de loyaliteit van onze klanten. Lijkt me een geschikte uitdaging voor jou, toch? Functie eisen Je hebt bij voorkeur meerdere jaren ervaring als service adviseur in personenwagens of bedrijfswagens en je bent toe aan een nieuwe stap in je carrière.Je bent goed in communiceren en adviseert over interessante mobiliteitsvraagstukken. Je bent daarnaast een kei in het behouden structuur en overzicht. Je bent klant- & servicegericht met een commerciële inslag en kan je goed verplaatsen in de klant. Je beschikt daarnaast over de volgende kwalificaties: HBO / MBO Proactief, initiatief en doortastent Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie Klant en servicegericht Bedrijfsprofiel Al meer dan 35 jaar zorgt Wensink dat haar klanten zorgeloos onderweg zijn.
