Als rechterhand van de operationele verantwoordelijke binnen het voedingsbedrijf ben je een cruciale schakel tussen magazijn, productie en administratie. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking op de vloer en zorgt ervoor dat logistieke en administratieve processen vlot en correct verlopen.

Dankzij je flexibiliteit en polyvalentie spring je bij waar nodig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid op binnen verschillende afdelingen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

Logistiek & Magazijn

  • Besturen van reachtruck voor het verplaatsen, stockeren en laden/lossen van goederen.
  • Uitvoeren van magazijnbeheer en voorraadcontroles.
  • Correct verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande goederen.
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn.

Operationele Ondersteuning

  • Fungeren als rechterhand van de verantwoordelijke en ondersteunen bij dagelijkse operationele taken.
  • Uitvoeren van controles op de werkvloer met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen in processen.
  • Flexibel inspringen binnen productie, logistiek of andere afdelingen waar nodig.

Administratie

  • Correct registreren van goederenbewegingen, productiedata en controles.
  • Verwerken van administratieve gegevens in de bedrijfssoftware.
  • Opvolgen en bijhouden van documenten en rapporteringen.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige gegevensregistratie.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat voor deze functie?

  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector;
  • Geldig reachtruckattest of aantoonbare ervaring als reachtruckchauffeur.
  • Kennis van magazijnbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en vertrouwd met digitale registratiesystemen.
  • Flexibel, hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Teamplayer die zelfstandig kan werken.
