KPMG Deals & Strategy begleitet Unternehmen bei Unternehmensübernahmen, -verkäufen und -restrukturierungen sowie bei Finanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Strategieprojekten. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg_innen unterstützt Du unsere Kund_innen bei wichtigen unternehmerischen Entscheidungen und arbeitest an spannenden Projekten in unterschiedlichsten Branchen und internationalen Kontexten.

Perspektiven

  • Von Deinem Arbeitsplatz (kein Desk-Sharing und kein Großraumbüro) in Wien arbeitest Du auch an internationalen Projekten (wir arbeiten für Kunden weltweit - häufig im Team mit internationalen KPMG Büros)
  • Anwendung theoretischen Wissens in der Praxis bei vielseitigen Projekten
  • Erfahrungsgewinn bei Transaktionen in allen Größenordnungen und in unterschiedlichsten Branchen

  • Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe bei dem Erfolg und Spaß an der Arbeit Hand in Hand gehen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten in den Bereichen M&A, Finanzierung, Due Diligence und Strategie
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen, Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen, Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei strategischen Unternehmensentscheidungen, Investitionsvorhaben und Finanzierungslösungen
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Entscheidungsunterlagen für Kund_innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams und Unterstützung bei der Kund_innenkommunikation
  • Analyse komplexer wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge und Entwicklung fundierter Lösungsvorschläge

Deine Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossenes oder kurz vor Abschluss stehendes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Universität/FH), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance, Controlling oder Corporate Finance * Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten von Vorteil * Gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie Interesse an Unternehmenstransaktionen und Finanzthemen * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität * Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint * Anwendung AI-gestützter Analyse-/Research-Tools sowie die Bereitschaft, digitale und AI bezogene Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

Für Bachelorabsolvent_innen bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 43.750,-- auf Vollzeitbasis. Mit einem Masterabschluss erhältst Du ein Jahresbruttogehalt von 45.850,-- auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist selbstverständlich eine marktkonforme Überzahlung möglich.
