Wir suchen aktuell 1 Außendienst-Mitarbeiter*in (w/m/d) 38,5h Wien (teilweise), südliches Niederösterreich, Burgenland

Deine Aufgaben:

º Du übernimmst den Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kontakte zu Lehrer*innen- und Multiplikator*innen an Schulen und Institutionen.

º Du führst eigenständig Fach- und Beratungsgespräche zu unseren Bildungsmaterialien und präsentierst unsere Lehrwerke bei Bildungsveranstaltungen (Webinare, Präsenz).

º Du wirkst bei der Konzeption von Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien mit.

º Du arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend mit den unterschiedlichen Teams zusammen und bist gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen im Außendienst das Gesicht und die Stimme des öbv nach außen.

º Deine Erfolge trackst du kontinuierlich und du teilst sie mit dem Team.

Deine Qualifikationen:

º Direkter Kontakt zu Kund*innen bereitet dir Freude und Serviceorientierung ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

º Du bringst eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung oder ein einschlägiges Studium mit.

º Berufserfahrung im Verlagswesen bzw. Buchhandel oder im Bildungsbereich sind von Vorteil.

º Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, verlierst in stressigen Zeiten nicht den Überblick, denkst lösungsorientiert und bist selbständig.

º Du hast hervorragende Kommunikationsskills und bist ein*e absolute*r Teamplayer!

º Mit deinem professionellen und freundlichen Auftreten überzeugst du auf höchstem Niveau, bist zuverlässig und verantwortungsvoll.

º Eine hohe Reisetätigkeit (PKW-Führerschein notwendig) löst Vorfreude in dir aus!
