Wat ga je doen? Als audit planner draag je bij aan een soepel en efficiënt certificeringsproces voor onze klanten. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten en auditoren en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt. Met jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak weet je snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en vragen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en auditoren om een positieve klantreis te garanderen. Wat je gaat doen: - begeleiden: klanten door het gehele certificeringsproces en zorgen voor een positieve ervaring - plannen: audits en ervoor zorgen dat deze zonder problemen verlopen - communiceren: intern met collega's en auditoren om alles goed af te stemmen - ondersteunen: klanten en auditoren met specialistische hulp en advies - organiseren: en zorgen dat alle processen soepel en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd Wat heb je nodig? We zoeken een administratieve professional die klantgerichtheid en organisatievermogen combineert. - Afgeronde MBO/HBO-opleiding in administratie of vergelijkbaar. - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. - Oplossingsgericht en flexibel in een dynamische omgeving. - Ervaring met plannen en organiseren van complexe processen. - Sociaal vaardig en sterk in klant- en collega-contact.
