Over de functie Als Auditor voer je zelfstandig controles uit op het gebied van voedselveiligheid, duurzaamheid en 'goed werkgeverschap' in de agrarische (plantaardige) sector. We zijn momenteel met name op zoek voor de akkerbouw- en tuinbouw sector (incl. sierteelt). Wat doe je dan precies? - Als Auditor verzorg jij je eigen planning en voer je controles uit op hoofdzakelijk primaire bedrijven die actief zijn in de plantaardige sector; - Je bent in staat de verschillende certificatienormen te vertalen naar de praktijk en deze onafhankelijk te toetsen aan de situatie bij de klant; - Je verwerkt de resultaten van de controles in een rapportage. Als Auditor ben je een enthousiaste teamplayer met een flinke dosis ondernemerslust en een flexibele instelling. Je bent communicatief sterk en je past je snel aan je omgeving aan. Persoonskenmerken zoals klant- en resultaatgericht, initiatiefrijk, nieuwsgierig en ondernemend zijn jou niet vreemd. Daarnaast sta jij stevig in je schoenen en ben je in staat om snel een oordeel te vormen. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Een agrarische opleiding op minimaal MBO 4 niveau ( studierichting akkerbouw of tuinbouw ); - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de agrarische sector en je hebt relevante kennis van akkerbouw , tuinbouw of sierteelt ; - Het is een pré als je kennis hebt van kwaliteitssystemen ; - Je bent gewend om in een dienstverlenende omgeving te werken ; - Je bent bereid om inhoudelijke trainingen te volgen ; - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
