Over de functie Als Auditor VCA/VCU draag jij bij aan het verbeteren van veiligheid en gezondheid binnen organisaties. Je voert audits uit om vast te stellen of bedrijven voldoen aan de geldende normen en richtlijnen, zoals ISO 9001, ISO 45001, VCA (Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu Checklist Aannemers) en VCU (Veiligheid en Gezondheid Checklist Uitzendorganisaties). Tijdens de audits beoordeel je objectief of processen, systemen en werkwijzen in lijn zijn met de gestelde eisen. Je legt je bevindingen vast, signaleert afwijkingen en benoemt verbeterpunten, zodat organisaties weten waar zij staan ten opzichte van de norm. Je bent hiervoor regelmatig bij klanten op locatie, waar je gesprekken voert met verschillende betrokkenen en een volledig beeld vormt van de praktijk. Daarnaast houd je je kennis voortdurend up-to-date. Zo blijf je op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied en zorg je dat je audits altijd aansluiten bij de actuele eisen en richtlijnen. Wat ga je doen? - Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en afronden van audits op het gebied van VCA, VCU en ISO 45001; - Overleggen met collega's over norminterpretaties en audituitvoering; - Bijdragen aan product- en marktontwikkeling; - Bijwonen van harmonisatiebijeenkomsten met betrekking tot certificeringsnormen.
