The posting

  • Je ontwerpt de besturingsarchitectuur en vertaalt de gewenste machinewerking naar duidelijke functionele specificaties.
  • Je programmeert PLC-, HMI-, motion- en veiligheidssystemen en test deze op de machines in het atelier.
  • Je werkt samen met de elektrische engineeringafdeling aan nieuwe machines en technische verbeteringen.
  • Je begeleidt het productieteam bij de opstart en zoekt oplossingen voor technische storingen.
  • Je stemt af met interne collega's en externe leveranciers om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten op afstand en gaat af en toe ter plaatse, ook in het buitenland, voor inbedrijfstelling en service.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere softwaredocumentatie, gebruikershandleidingen en instructies voor de opstart.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen industriële automatisering of machinebouw.
  • Je brengt ongeveer drie tot vijf jaar relevante ervaring mee en hebt een stevige basis in PLC-programmering.
  • Ervaring met Siemens of Omron is een pluspunt, net als kennis van machineveiligheid en de Machinerichtlijn.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen grondig en vertaalt ze naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en houdt de planning in het oog.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig een project trekken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe naar buitenlandse klanten te reizen.
