Voor een innovatieve machinebouwer zoeken we een Automation Engineer met sterke kennis van Motion Control en industriële automatisering.

Je komt terecht binnen de R&D afdeling waar je mee verantwoordelijk bent voor de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van hoogtechnologische machines en nieuwe automatiseringsconcepten.

Binnen deze functie werk je nauw samen met mechanical engineering, software engineering en commissioning om performante en betrouwbare machineoplossingen uit te werken.

Functieomschrijving

  • Ontwikkelen en programmeren van Motion Control toepassingen voor geavanceerde machines
  • Uitwerken van automatiseringsoplossingen binnen een R&D omgeving
  • Programmeren en optimaliseren van PLC-, servo- en drivesystemen
  • Integratie van servo motoren, assensturingen en synchronisaties
  • Opstarten, testen en valideren van nieuwe machineconcepten
  • Troubleshooting en optimalisatie van bestaande machines
  • Samenwerken met mechanical engineers en software developers voor integratie van nieuwe technologieën
  • Uitwerken van technische documentatie en functionele beschrijvingen
  • Ondersteunen van FAT-testen en technische validaties
  • Bachelor of Master in Automatisering, Elektromechanica of gelijkaardig
  • Ervaring binnen machinebouw of OEM-omgevingen
  • Sterke kennis van: Motion Control Servo Drives PLC Programming Industrial Automation Machine Safety
  • Ervaring met systemen zoals Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R of gelijkaardige platformen
  • Kennis van industriële netwerken en machine-integratie
  • Hands-on ingesteld en technisch analytisch sterk
  • Interesse in innovatie en ontwikkeling binnen een R&D context
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamplayer mentaliteit
