Heb jij een passie voor industriële automatisatie en PLC-programmatie? Als Automation Engineer PLC verbeter je de aansturing en visualisatie van productie-installaties. Samen met je collega’s werk je aan technische oplossingen die de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark verhogen.

  • Je programmeert PLC’s en past bestaande programma’s aan binnen systemen zoals Siemens, HPC en Allen Bradley.
  • Je brengt wijzigingen aan in HMI-systemen zoals WinCC en Cimplicity, zodat installaties duidelijk en efficiënt bediend kunnen worden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en samen met je collega’s aan automatisatieprojecten en technische verbeteringen.
  • Je gebruikt datalogging via onder meer Aveva PI en IBA Analyzer om de werking van installaties te analyseren.
  • Je werkt met aandrijvingen, motoren, actuatoren en sensoren en verdiept je in elektrische schema’s en bekabeling.
  • Je komt in aanraking met SQL- en Oracle-databases en industriële IT-netwerken.
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen bij het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Je biedt waar nodig ook ondersteuning buiten de kantooruren.
  • Je houdt bij elke aanpassing rekening met veiligheid, kwaliteit en de betrouwbare werking van de installatie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische engineer die technische problemen graag onderzoekt en vertaalt naar werkbare oplossingen.

  • Je beschikt over een master in de industriële wetenschappen, richting elektromechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van PLC-automatisatie en kan zelfstandig programmeren.
  • Kennis van of interesse in HMI-systemen zoals WinCC en Cimplicity is een pluspunt.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen grondig en werkt doelgericht aan een oplossing.
  • Je kan zelfstandig projecten en opdrachten aanpakken en werkt ook graag samen met collega’s.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en stemt technische aanpassingen af met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit bij het programmeren, testen en aanpassen van installaties.
