Deine Zukunft bei uns!

Richtig gutes Brot backen wir schon seit über 100 Jahren, und daran wird sich auch demnächst nichts ändern. In mittlerweile 4. Generation führen wir unseren Familienbetrieb mit Hauptsitz in Horn und derzeit neun Filialen vom nördlichen Waldviertel bis in die Seestadt Aspern in Wien.

Unser Handwerk ist unsere Herzensangelegenheit. Fachwissen, Qualität und Frische sind unsere Leidenschaft. Wir arbeiten nachhaltig mit eigenen Natursauerteigen, fertigen unsere Back- und Konditorwaren traditionell in unseren Backstuben in Handarbeit her und verzichten auf Zusatz- und Konservierungsstoffe.

Für unser Stammhaus in Horn suchen wir ab sofort engagierte und begeisterte Unterstützung für unser Team 3 Bäcker/innen

Beschreibung der Stelle:

Herstellen von Backwaren verschiedenster Art (Brote, Gebäck, Krapfen, Spezialanfertigungen), Teige mischen und kneten, Überwachung des Gärvorgangs und der Teiglockerung, Formen der Backwaren (Tafelarbeit), Ofenarbeit.

Anforderungsprofil:

Wir erwarten von Ihnen neben einer abgeschlossenen Lehre und Praxiserfahrung ein hohes Maß an

Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Formensinn und Fingerfertigkeit,

mathematisches und technisches Verständnis im Umgang mit modernen Produktionsanlagen.

Die Liebe zum Beruf, sowie Ihre Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Herstellung von Backwaren unterstreichen

Ihre Teamfähigkeit.

Sauberkeit ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
