Für unseren Betrieb in 4202 Kirchschlag bei Linz (mit Postbus erreichbar) suchen wir of sofort: 1 Büromitarbeiter (m/w/d) VOLL- oder TEILZEIT möglich

***Gerne auch Quereinsteiger_innen bei Eignung und Interesse (wird angelernt)***

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Entsprechende Ausbildung im Büro und Berufspraxis von Vorteil

* Einsatzfreude und Verlässlichkeit

* Führerschein "B" ist vorteilhaft

* Spaß an Organisation und Administration

* Sehr guter Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, speziell Word und Excel und Outlook

* Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Denkweise

* der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* positives und fröhliches Wesen

AUFGABEN:

* Verwaltung und Vereinbarung von Terminen

* Erfassung und Ablage von Belegen (Angebote, Aufträge, etc.)

* Stammdatenpflege - Artikel und Kundendaten

* Organisation von internen Events

* Office-Tätigkeiten

* Post und Telefondienst

* Rechnungsbearbeitung

* Ausmaß- und Mengenermittlungen anhand von pdf-Plänen

* Warenannahmen von Lieferanten

* Warenausgabe an Kunden
