Sluit je aan bij een hecht backoffice-team in Enschede. Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van arbeidsovereenkomsten, salarisverwerking en compliance. Werk nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en met oog voor mensen. - Je nieuwe baan Wat verwachten wij van jou? Als backoffice medewerker verloning & contracten zorg je ervoor dat uitzendkrachten de juiste contracten krijgen en hun salaris klopt. Je werkt volgens het NBBU-fasensysteem en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, verlengen en beëindigen van arbeidsovereenkomsten. Je houdt je bezig met de administratieve verwerking van uren, verloningen en huurovereenkomsten en ziet toe op correcte toepassing van cao en wetgeving. Op een gemiddelde werkdag stel je contracten op, verwerk je mutaties en beantwoord je vragen van medewerkers en opdrachtgevers. Je signaleert afwijkingen in het verloningsproces en lost deze snel op. Je werkt samen in een klein team waar iedereen elkaar makkelijk weet te vinden, maar voert je taken grotendeels zelfstandig uit.
