Bei uns dreht sich alles um Ballons, Kreativität, besondere Momente und Menschen, die etwas zu feiern haben.

Dafür brauchen wir jemanden, der gerne organisiert, kommuniziert, mitdenkt und auch selbst mit anpackt.

¿ Deine Aufgaben

Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Team, Lieferant:innen und unserem Shop.

* persönliche und telefonische Kund:innenberatung

* Betreuung unserer Kund:innen im Shop

* Auftragsannahme und Auftragsabwicklung

* administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung bei Verkauf und Bestellungen

* Vorbereitung und Gestaltung von Ballonarrangements und Dekorationen

* Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen

* allgemeine Büro- und Backoffice-Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung besonderer Projekte und Events

Du bist freundlich, zuverlässig und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig passieren.

Idealerweise bringst du mit:

* kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Büro, Verkauf oder in der Sachbearbeitung

* gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Windows

* einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität

* praktisches Geschick und Freude an kreativen Aufgaben

* Bereitschaft, dort mitzuhelfen, wo gerade Unterstützung gebraucht wird
