Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Du liebst die Natur, suchst Abwechslung im Job und möchtest dort arbeiten, wo andere Urlaub machen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig, denn zu unserem Unternehmen gehören neben 14 Seilbahnanlagen und Funsporteinrichtungen auch mehrere gastronomische Betriebe.

Für unser engagiertes Team im größten Skigebiet Österreichs suchen wir motivierte Verstärkung für die Wintersaison 2026/27.

Darum geht?s:

* Verantwortung für das Bar-Team

* Wichtiger Ansprechpartner für die Gäste

* Koordination der täglichen Bar-Aktivitäten

* Herzlicher und professioneller Service für unsere Gäste sowie deren Betreuung während des Aufenthalts

* Als Vorbild motivierst, unterstützt und förderst du deine Kolleg*innen und pflegst einen offenen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander

* Unterstützung bei Planung und Organisation von besonderen Events (z.B. Musik Live Acts)

* Erstellung von Dienstplänen für das Bar-Team

* Durchführung/Kontrolle der Tagesabrechnungen

Das bringst du mit:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie mit, idealerweise in einer leitenden Bar-Position

* Dein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sorgt dafür, dass unsere Gäste einen erstklassigen Service erleben

* Du pflegst offene und respektvolle Umgangsformen und trittst stets professionell auf

* Du bist stressresistent und in der Lage, Herausforderungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und lösungsorientiert zu bewältigen

* Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

* Deine hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir, ein Bar-Team effektiv zu leiten und zu motivieren
