Wir sind ein Familienbetrieb in der 6. Generation - geführt mit Herz, Bodenständigkeit und Liebe zum Detail. Unser ****-Haus in St. Michael im Lungau bietet rund 120 Betten; je nach Saison sorgen bis zu 22 Kolleg_innen dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste so richtig wohlfühlen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich als 1 Barkeeper_in

Saison- oder Dauerstelle ab sofort - Vollzeit bei einer 5 oder 6 Tage Woche

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständiges Führen der Bar mit Hotellobby und Terrasse, nachmittags und abends (kein Teildienst)

* Betreuung der Gäste bei der Nachmittagsjause

* Mithilfe im Restaurant zu den Hauptzeiten, wenn es die Arbeit an der Bar erlaubt

* Persönliche und aufmerksame Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen Cocktails und anderen Getränken

* Empfehlung von passenden Cocktails, Weinen und Getränken

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Serviceteam für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Mitarbeit in anderen Service-Bereichen, wenn's mal nötig ist - wir sind ein kleines Team, in dem jeder mit anpackt

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Service

* Freude am Gästekontakt und sicheres Auftreten

* Teamgeist

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Cocktail-, Wein- und Getränkekenntnisse wünschenswert, aber nicht vorausgessetzt
