Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche

* Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in allgemeinen (MS-Office) und idealerweise in branchenspezifischen Anwendungen z.B. RIB-iTwo

* Führerschein B

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Eigenständige Bauleitung und verantwortungsbewusste Abwicklung von Baustellen im Verkehrswegebau im Raum Linz und Linz Umgebung

* Regelmäßige Information und Abstimmung mit der Gruppenleitung in allen wesentlichen technischen und personalrelevanten Aufgaben bzw. Problemstellungen

* Kostenoptimale und termingerechte Beschaffung der benötigten Geräte, Maschinen und Materialien lt. Konzernrichtlinien

* Koordination und Überwachung der Einsätze von Fachingenieuren, Fachberatern, Personal und Nachunternehmen

* Kontrolle des Bauablaufes und Durchführung von Baustellenergebniskontrollen

* Abrechnung mittels EDV-Software

* Prüfen der Rechnungen von Lieferanten/Subunternehmern

* Selbstständige Durchführung/Beratung/Verhandlung mit dem Auftraggeber in Fragen der Bauausführung
