Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen 1 Bauleitung (m/w/d) Kalkulation- und Abrechnungstechnik Projekte kalkulieren. Lösungen entwickeln. Qualität mitgestalten.

GSCHIEL steht für hochwertige Raum- und Hotelausstattung und die professionelle Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte. Für unser Team in Traun suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an Zahlen, Technik und der Abwicklung spannender Projekte hat.

Als Bauleiter_in, Kalkulant_in bist du von der Ausschreibung bis zur Projektabwicklung eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggebern, Partnerunternehmen, Baustelle und Geschäftsleitung.

Deine Aufgaben

* Bearbeitung und Kalkulation öffentlicher und privater Ausschreibungen im Bereich Raum- und Hotelausstattung

* Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Abrechnungen

* Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Projektunterlagen

* Kalkulation von Material-, Montage- und Fremdleistungskosten

* Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten unserer Lieferanten und Subunternehmer

* Verwaltung und Abwicklung von Werkverträgen mit Subunternehmern

* Begleitung der Projekte von der Kalkulation bis zur Umsetzung

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit Projektbeteiligten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und den Projektverantwortlichen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise HTL, Fachrichtung Bau/Holz, oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

* Erfahrung in Kalkulation, Bau, Innenausbau, Holz, Raumausstattung oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office- und allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse

* Technisches Verständnis und gutes Zahlengefühl

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Projektpartnern

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft, Projekte aktiv mitzugestalten
