Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Lungötz / Lammertal 1 Bautechniker:in / Schwerpunkt Immobilien Ihre Aufgaben

* Qualifizierte Leistungsbeauftragung (Ausschreibung) von zu erbringenden Bauleistungen

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von interessanten Bau- und Sanierungsprojekten

* Steuerung, Überwachung und Abnahme der auszuführenden Leistungen hinsichtlich Termineinhaltung, Qualität und Kosten inkl. Bauabrechnung / Rechnungskontrolle

* Laufende Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Immobilien und Liegenschaften

* Claim-Management

* Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung von CAD-Zeichnungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH, Polier, etc.)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position

* MS-Office- und Auto-CAD-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* Unternehmerisches Denken, Kostenbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
