Voor onze klant regio Lievegem zijn we op zoek naar een Bediende Planning & Calculatie.

De functie

  • Planning: je maakt de planning op van de lopende projecten en stemt deze af met de verschillende teamleaders en de productieafdeling.
  • Coördinatie: je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn zodat projecten efficiënt kunnen starten. Wanneer er zich problemen voordoen, kan je snel schakelen in het vinden van oplossingen.
  • Calculatie: je zorgt voor een correcte calculatie van de projecten voor onze klanten en ondersteunt zo de projectleiders.
  • Werfadministratie: je bereidt de werven administratief voor en zorgt voor een correcte afronding bij de oplevering. Je controleert de lijsten met de gebruikte materialen en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct is gefactureerd. Je geeft de werven aan binnen de bestaande RSZ-verplichtingen,…
  • Projectcontrole: je controleert alle projecten om er zeker van te zijn dat alles is opgeleverd zoals beloofd.
  • Verder ben je polyvalent ingesteld en spring je bij waar nodig.
  • Idealiter beschik je over een bachelor diploma in een administratieve of technische of kun je terugblikken op 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Een organisatorisch talent die administratief nauwkeurig kan werken.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met calculaties.
  • Een sterke communicator, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Je bent vlot tweetaling ( NL/FR ).
  • Kennis van Navision en / of Visual Planning is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch en procesmatig sterk onderbouwd, en laat je niet snel uit balans brengen.
  • Je werkt graag proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Een teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega’s en een klantgerichte houding heeft.
