Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden én medewerkers in het vinden van duurzame oplossingen rondom verzuim, behoud van werk en re-integratie. Jouw professionele oordeel en adviezen versnellen herstel en bevorderen inzetbaarheid. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het medisch beoordelen van belastbaarheid en mogelijkheden van medewerkers - Het adviseren over en initiëren van passende interventies - Intensief samenwerken met curatieve zorg en verzekeringsartsen - Beheren van medische dossiers met oog voor privacy en kwaliteit - Actief bijdragen aan preventie, risicomanagement en risicobeheersing - Uitvoeren en rapporteren van PMO-keuringen - Signaleren en melden van beroepsziekten Met wie ga je #meerbetekenen Je werkt op locatie van deze opdrachtgever in Drachten samen met een Arbo verpleegkundige.
