Hecht zoekt een Bedrijfsjurist (specialisatie arbeidsrecht en medezeggenschap) Ben jij dé sparringpartner op het gebied van arbeidsrecht en medezeggenschap die met jouw ruime kennis en ervaring heldere adviezen richting geeft aan organisatieontwikkeling? En wil jij samen met HR en het team Juridische Zaken bijdragen aan het wendbaarder, moderner en klantgerichter maken van Hecht zodat wij onze taken op het gebied van bescherming en bevordering van de gezondheid en het welbevinden van burgers nog beter kunnen uitvoeren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wegens het aanstaande vertrek van onze huidige arbeidsjurist zijn wij voor het team Juridische Zaken op zeer korte termijn op zoek naar een Bedrijfsjurist (specialisatie arbeidsrecht en medezeggenschap) voor 32-36 uur. Je bent werkzaam vanuit onze hoofdlocatie in Leiden en indien nodig/gewenst op een van onze andere locaties. Vanzelfsprekend is een mix van thuis en op locatie werken mogelijk. Wat ga je doen? Als arbeidsjurist ben je een specialist die binnen een complexe organisatie de weg weet te vinden en ingezet kan worden op verschillende vraagstukken vanuit de gehele organisatie. Jouw focus ligt vooral bij het geven van adviezen op het gebied van het arbeidsrecht en medezeggenschap. Het is een rol met heel afwisselende werkzaamheden. Je hebt te maken met individuele casuïstiek, met collectieve vraagstukken en met het meedenken over beleid. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in ons arbeidsvoorwaardelijk beleid. Op basis van de inhoudelijke input en signalen vanuit HR neem jij het initiatief om arbeidsvoorwaardelijke regelingen kritisch tegen het licht te houden en zelfstandig te (her)schrijven. Overige taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je hebt een adviserende rol richting het bestuur, directie, management en medewerkers over de diverse vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. - Je ondersteunt en adviseert ten aanzien van medezeggenschap.
