Zet jij graag je tanden in complexe vraagstukken en werk je zelfstandig en samen aan een sterke juridische basis? Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek! Functieomschrijving Als Bedrijfsjurist ben jij de juridische adviseur van de raad van bestuur en de directies van onze dochterondernemingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle juridische processen soepel verlopen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het signaleren en voor het beheersen van juridische risico's binnen de groep. Door jouw kennis van ondernemingsrecht en ervaring met bouw- en vastgoedcontracten, zorg je dat er altijd een heldere juridische basis ligt voor onze bedrijfsvoering. Een gemiddelde werkdag betekent veel schakelen: je adviseert collega's over uiteenlopende juridische kwesties, begeleidt geschillen en procedures, onderhandelt met externe partijen en vertaalt complexe wetgeving naar praktisch beleid. Je stelt contracten op, beoordeelt juridische documenten en ondersteunt bij het directiesecretariaat. Dankzij jouw heldere communicatie en overtuigingskracht bied je zekerheid en duidelijkheid waar nodig. Jouw kerntaken: - Adviseren over bedrijfs-juridische vraagstukken en risico's - Begeleiden van geschillen en procedures - Onderhandelen en schakelen met advocaten, notarissen en andere externe partijen - Signaleren van relevante juridische ontwikkelingen - Vertalen van wetgeving naar praktisch beleid - Opstellen, beoordelen en uitwerken van juridische documenten en contracten - Ondersteunen binnen het directiesecretariaat Dankzij jou… - Staan collega's sterker in hun juridische positie - Worden risico's vroeg gesignaleerd en beheerst - Kunnen directies en bestuur bouwen op duidelijke adviezen - Is de organisatie juridisch voorbereid op de toekomst - Zijn contracten en overeenkomsten altij...
