Je gaat als Begeleider 3 of 4 aan de slag op de nieuwe woonlocatie Burghtkwartier in Oostburg op Groepswonen. Oostburg is een gemeente in het Nederlandse Zeeuws-Vlaanderen vlakbij de Belgische grens. Hier wonen en werken mensen met een ernstig verstandelijke beperking. De begeleidingsbehoefte is wisselend, omdat zij sociaal beperkt zelfstandig functioneren. Deelname aan het maatschappelijk leven is vaak met individuele begeleiding mogelijk. Met jouw begeleiding bied je structuur en ondersteun je bij een goed leven.

Tragel ondersteunt mensen met een verstandelijke beperking opdat zij een goed leven kunnen leiden in de samenleving. Onze cliënten hebben veelal langdurige en intensieve zorg nodig. Dit doen wij samen met alle betrokkenen met begeleiding, zorg, behandeling en verschillende mogelijkheden voor wonen, werk, activering en vrije tijd. Het gewone leven ervaren staat centraal, de behandelmethode Triple-C is hierin onze leidraad.

Ons motto ‘Samen doen’ heeft als doel de participatie aan de samenleving te vergroten. Tragel heeft ruim 90 woon- en dagbestedingslocaties in heel Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Ruim 800 collega’s maken zich hard voor de zorg van mensen met een verstandelijke beperking.

  • Onregelmatig werken is voor jou geen probleem. Je bent ook bereid slaapdiensten en weekenden te werken.

Je werkomgeving

Je werkt in een zelfstandig team op de nieuwe locatie Burghkwartier. Burghtkwartier is een woonlocatie midden in de samenleving van Oostburg. Deelname aan de maatschappij en participatie bieden voor de bewoners een meerwaarde.

Het betreft bewoners met een ernstige verstandelijke en lichamelijke beperking. De zorgvragen van de cliënten zijn uiteenlopend van overname van de totale lichamelijke verzorging en uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen tot meer begeleidende en ondersteunende vragen.

We werken met kernteams en stellen de bewoners centraal. Dit vanuit de visie van LACCS en Triple-C. Je werkt in een dienstenpatroon met wisselende diensten, zowel door de week als in het weekend. Indien nodig kun je ook op een andere locatie ingezet worden in Oostburg.

Een A1- of A2-opleiding, bachelor/graduaat orthopedagogiek of opvoeder in de jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg past goed.
