Die Lebenshilfe Kärnten ist ein gemeinnütziges Unternehmen, das mit mehr als 300 MitarbeiterInnen an mehreren Standorten in Kärnten Menschen mit Behinderungen beim Arbeiten, beim Wohnen und in der Freizeit begleitet sowie ein Pflegekompetenzzentrum betreibt.

Zur Unterstützung für unser Wohnhaus in 9400 Wolfsberg suchen wir ab sofort eine/n 1 Behindertenpädagog(e)in oder Behindertenbetreuer/in

Familien- und Freizeitassistent*in (m/w/d)

Dienstort: Region Wolfsberg

Teilzeit, ab 20 h - 30 h/Woche

Das erwartet Sie:

" Assistent*in für Kinder oder Erwachsene mit Behinderungen in ihrer Freizeit und Unterstützung bei einer möglichst selbstbestimmten Lebensführung

" Unterstützung, Entlastung und Stärkung von Familien, in denen Kinder oder Erwachsene mit Behinderungen leben

" Steigerung der Lebensqualität, indem Sie aktiv zu einer abwechslungsreichen und individuellen Freizeitgestaltung beitragen (Besuch von Veranstaltungen, Kino, gemeinsames Kochen, Einkaufen, Ausflüge in die Natur, schwimmen, klettern, walken,...)

" Die Assistenznehmer*innen sind Personen mit intellektueller, oder mehrfacher Behinderung, die im Familienverband oder in einer selbständigen Wohnform leben, die sich in Ausbildung oder einem Dienstverhältnis befinden

" Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen

Das bringen Sie mit:

" Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Menschen mit Behinderungen (FSB, DSB) oder eine ähnliche, im psychosozialen Bereich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung zur UBV

" Begeisterung für einen flexiblen Arbeitsplatz, den Sie sich frei gestalten können (in Absprache mit der/dem Assistennehmer*in)

" Flexibilität und Interesse an der Ausübung verschiedener Freizeitaktivitäten beispielsweise in der Natur

" Eigener PKW und Führerschein B

Unser Angebot:

" Sehr flexible Dienstplangestaltung in Absprache mit der/dem Assistenznehmer*in Selbständiges Arbeiten

" Möglichkeit zur Supervision

" Möglichkeit zu fachlich einschlägiger Fort- und Weiterbildung

" Ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab EUR 2.867,20 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (VG 6/1, SWÖ-KV vom 1.1.2024) unter Berücksichtigung von Vordienstzeiten und Qualifikationen
