Core responsibilities - Opstellen en beoordelen van fiscale adviezen (o.a. vennootschapsbelasting, inkomstenbelasting, loonheffingen, btw). - Signaleren van fiscale risico's en kansen en adviseren over fiscale optimalisatie. - Begeleiden van fiscale aangiften, bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en contacten met de Belastingdienst. - Uitvoeren van fiscale analyses, due diligence en ondersteuning bij herstructureringen en transacties. - Coördineren van dossiers, bewaken van deadlines en kwaliteit, en afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders. - Bijdragen aan kennisdeling, vaktechnische ontwikkeling en (bij senior) coaching van collega's. Required skills - Vakkennis: actuele kennis van Nederlandse fiscale wet- en regelgeving en relevante jurisprudentie. - Analytisch vermogen: complexe vraagstukken structureren en onderbouwen met data en argumentatie. - Communicatie: adviezen helder schrijven en overtuigend presenteren aan management en ondernemers. - Stakeholdermanagement: effectief samenwerken met finance, legal en externe adviseurs. - Organisatie: nauwkeurig, deadline-gedreven en kwaliteitsbewust werken.
