Als Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening werk je aan diverse en complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van ruimtelijke ordening, planologie en beleid. Jij bent dé schakel tussen overheidsinstanties, projectontwikkelaars en andere belanghebbenden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het adviseren over ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en beleidsvraagstukken. - Het opstellen en begeleiden van bestemmingsplannen en andere ruimtelijke procedures. - Het coördineren van vergunningsaanvragen en ruimtelijke onderzoeken. - Het creëren van draagvlak bij betrokken stakeholders.
