Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer los je een vraag snel op met een duidelijke uitleg, de andere keer duik je diep in complexe dossiers en pas je wet- en regelgeving toe. Dit maakt jouw werk afwisselend en uitdagend. Wat ga je doen: - Beoordelen en afhandelen van verzoeken en bezwaren rondom het aanvullend rechtsherstel Box 3. - Analyseren van financiële, fiscale en juridische gegevens om tot goed onderbouwde besluiten te komen. - Opstellen van heldere besluitbrieven en correspondentie richting burgers. - Telefonisch en schriftelijk beantwoorden van vragen, ook in situaties met weerstand of emoties. - Samenwerken met collega's en delen van kennis om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen. Wat we je bieden - Salaris tussen €19,86 en €25,55 per uur, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. - Tijdelijk contract met kans op verlenging. - Werkweek van minimaal 32 uur en maximaal 36 uur, met flexibele uren na de training. - Reiskostenvergoeding om jouw woon-werkverkeer te ondersteunen. - Uitgebreide opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden om jouw professionele groei te stimuleren. - Een betekenisvolle rol binnen de Rijksoverheid, met directe maatschappelijke impact. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde MBO 4-opleiding of minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Ervaring binnen de fiscale, financiële of juridische sector. - Bekend met digitale systemen en wet- en regelgeving. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Ervaring met klantcontact, ook bij weerstand of emoties.
