Zur Verstärkung und Unterstützung des Teams der Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir 1 Bilanzbuchhalter_in Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen

* Führung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Buchhaltungsteams

* Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und fristgerechten laufenden Buchhaltung in den Bereichen Anlagen, Kreditoren, Debitoren, Kassa und Bank

* Durchführung der erforderlichen Abschluss- und Abstimmungsarbeiten im Rahmen der Monats- und Quartalsabschlüsse

* Federführende Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses

* Strategische und operative Bearbeitung steuer- und abgabenrechtlicher Fragestellungen

* Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Prozesse im Rechnungswesen

* Sicherstellung einer aktuellen und vollständigen Stammdatenpflege in BMD NTCS

* Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen und den Zahlungsverkehr

* Aktive Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungsprojekten, insbesondere an der Weiterentwicklung des Workflows zur Rechnungsfreigabe

Sie bieten uns

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HLW, Lehre)

* Erfolgreich abgelegte Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Einschlägige, mehrjährige und breit gefächerte Berufserfahrung in der (Bilanz-)Buchhaltung eines mittleren oder größeren Unternehmens

* Kompetenter Umgang mit EDV-Systemen, insbesondere in BMD NTCS (idealerweise Key-User-Erfahrung)

* Breites Unternehmensverständnis und großes Interesse am Dienstleistungssektor bzw. an einem großen Kultur/Theaterbetrieb

* Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
