Unser Kunde, eine Steuerberatungskanzlei, die auf eine 25-jährige Erfahrung zurückblicken kann, betreut mit Kompetenz und Kundennähe seine Auftraggeber.

Zur Verstärkung des SachbearbeiterInnenteams sucht das Service für Unternehmen des AMS St. Veit im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl Verstärkung. 1 Bilanzbuchhalter/in (Voll- oder Teilzeit) AUFTRAGSNUMMER 17066111/U3

Arbeitszeiten sind individuell vereinbar.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Selbstständige Betreuung der Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen

* Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Kunden von der Buchung

(bzw. Einnahmen-Ausgaben-Rechnung) über die Bilanzierung bis hin zur Steuererklärung.

* Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

* Selbstständige Jahresabschlussarbeiten

* Selbstständige Personal- und Lohnverrechnung (im Idealfall)

* Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

* Termingerechte Einholung aller relevanten Informationen

* Ansprechpartner/in für Klient_innenanfragen

* Persönliche Betreuung der Klienten

Wir suchen Personen mit folgendem Profil:

* Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen

* Absolvierte Bilanzbuchhalter_innenprüfung

* Mindestens 4-jährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office und RZL)

* Sehr gute sprachliche Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* Analytische Herangehensweise

* Rasches, ordentliches und genaues Arbeiten

* Hohe Kundenorientierung und seriöses Auftreten

* Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Eigeninitiative
