Das Institut für Bildung im Gesundheitsdienst (IBG) entwickelt und organisiert hochwertige Lehrgänge und Weiterbildungsprogramme für Fach- und Führungskräfte im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen

Unsere Bildungsangebote verbinden fachliche Qualifizierung mit Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Selbstführung und moderner Führungskompetenz.

Wir arbeiten werteorientiert, praxisnah und wissenschaftlich fundiert - mit dem Ziel, Führung im Gesundheitswesen nachhaltig zu stärken. 1 Bildungsmanager_in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Organisatorische Begleitung von Lehrgangsgruppen über die gesamte Laufzeit

* Erste Ansprechperson für Teilnehmende bei organisatorischen Fragen

* Koordination der Lehrgangsmodule und Termine

* Vorbereitung von Lehrgangsunterlagen und Lernmaterialien

* Organisation von Seminartagen und Lehrgangsabläufen

* Abstimmung mit Lehrgangsleitungen und Trainer:innen

* Dokumentation von Lehrgängen und Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss oder adäquate Ausbildung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Sozialmanagement

* Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Arbeit mit erwachsenen Lernenden

* Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

* Selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

Mindestgehalt € 3.369,26 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis); Einstufung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung - Überzahlung möglich.
