Als BIM modelleur werk je met de nieuwste software in een innoverende wereld van 3D. Als BIM modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van het model. Je hanteert hiervoor de eerder opgestelde kwaliteitsstandaarden. Naast het modelleren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van Revit families en het uitbreiden van de bibliotheek. De projecten waar je aan werkt zijn divers en veelal woning- en utiliteitsgebouwen. In het voortraject word je al snel betrokken en uiteindelijk werk jij met het DO tot de uitvoering. Uiteraard doe je dit niet alleen. In alle projecten werk je samen met een BIM regisseur en BIM coördinator. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Kennis en vaardigheden met Revit (modelopbouw, families) - Ervaring met BIM tools (Navisworks, Solibri) is een pré - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in de bouw - Een diploma HBO bouwkunde - Ervaring als werkvoorbereider is een pré Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Uiteraard een goed salaris dat is gebaseerd op jouw ervaring - Eén extra vakantiedag bovenop de BouwCAO - Je komt te werken in een team van 4 Bimmers - Mogelijkheden om jezelf persoonlijk te ontwikkelen - ook je BIM skills - Direct bij binnenkomst krijg jij € 500,- om jezelf te ontwikkelen - Een jaarcontract met bij goed functioneren uitzicht op een vast contract Bedrijfsprofiel . Je komt te werken bij een middelgrote aannemer dat zich focust op woningbouw. Gemiddeld worden er zo'n 800 woningen per jaar gebouwd. Daarnaast is er ook een speciale tak voor de utiliteitsbouw. Dit doen zij met een team van circa 180 betrokken medewerkers.
