Wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Zeitpunkt 1 Biochemiker/in (DI) Ihre Aufgaben:

º Expression rekombinanter Proteine

º Ortsspezifische Mutagenese

º Anwendung der 2D-NMR-Spektroskopie zur Verfolgung von pH-Titrationsexperimenten

º Herstellung von mit stabilen Isotopen (13C, 15N) markierten Proteinproben

º Präsentation des Projektfortschritts bei Gruppenbesprechungen

º Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung von Bachelor-Studierenden

º Unterstützung von Studierenden und Kooperationspartner*innen im Institutslabor

Ihr Profil:

º Der*die erfolgreiche Bewerber*in muss über einen Diplom- oder Master-Abschluss (oder einen Nachweis über die

bevorstehende Verleihung) in Biochemie oder einem für das Forschungsprojekt relevanten Fachgebiet

(Proteinwissenschaft) verfügen

º Vorkenntnisse in den Bereichen Molekularbiologie, Proteine und Molekülspektroskopie sind zwingend erforderlich

º Ausbildung in den Grundlagen der Proteinwissenschaft

º Ausbildung in NMR-Spektroskopie

º Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Proteinen ist erforderlich

º Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und Bioinformatik ist von Vorteil

º Nachweisbare Forschungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu forschen

º Nachweislich gute Arbeitseinstellung (Ausdauer, Objektivität, Geduld, Integrität, Ethik)

º Gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

º Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau B2 oder gleichwertige Qualifikation), Deutschkenntnisse

sind nicht erforderlich

º Auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) beträgt das monatliche Mindestgehalt € 3.776,10 brutto

(14 x pro Jahr, KV-Einstufung B1)
