En tant que boulanger artisanal, vous donnez chaque jour vie à votre savoir-faire et à votre passion. Vous travaillez avec soin et attention des produits que nos clients dégustent quotidiennement avec plaisir.

Vos tâches et responsabilités les plus importantes

  • Préparer, pétrir, façonner, cuire et finir les produits boulangers artisanaux
  • Respecter les recettes, les fiches techniques
  • Approvisionner à temps et en heure les magasins à livrer
  • Assurer l'entretien du matériel et la propreté de l'atelier
  • Participer à la réception et au stockage des marchandises livrées
  • Réaliser toutes les activités prescrites lors du programme nuit et jour
  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme en boulangerie ou d'une expérience dans une boulangerie artisanale d'au moins 1 an
  • Vous êtes disponible pour travailler en horaires variables : nuit, jour, semaine et week-end
  • Vous êtes autonome dans vos déplacements
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler physiquement en atelier, dans un environnement exigeant
  • Vous aimez le travail en équipe et communiquez facilement avec vos collègues
  • Vous êtes motivé·e, rigoureux·se, précis·e et organisé·e
  • Vous avez un sens aigu du goût, du bon et du beau et êtes passionné·e par la boulangerie artisanale
  • Vous savez suivre les recettes avec précision et ajuster les dosages si nécessaire
  • Vous appliquez strictement les normes d'hygiène, de qualité et de sécurité
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et ou le néerlandais à l'oral (niveau B2 minimum)

Salaire et avantages

  • salaire horaire 17,3317€ ( catégorie 6 , PC 302)
  • Indemnité vestimentaire : 2,20€ par jour presté
  • Indemnité de transport (CP 302)
  • Prime de nuit (entre 00h00 et 05h00) : 1,6209 € par heurece supplément pour le travail de nuit n'est pas cumulable avec la prime pour le travail dominical et les jours fériés, mais si ce supplément est supérieur, la différence est versée au travailleur.
  • Prime dominical/jour férié : 2 € par heure, avec un maximum de 12 € par jour presté
  • Prime de fin d'année : à partir de 2 mois d'ancienneté
