Functieomschrijving Als Bouwkundige of BIM-modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch uitwerken van architectonische ontwerpen. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten en andere specialisten om ervoor te zorgen dat ontwerpen niet alleen mooi zijn, maar ook technisch haalbaar en uitvoerbaar. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces, van schetsontwerp tot uitvoeringsgereed tekeningen, en je begeleidt projecten tijdens de bouwfase.
