Om ons team in Asse te versterken, is TranzCom Energy op zoek naar een Branch Manager voor zijn projecten op het gebied van energie. Spreekt het je aan om aan ambitieuze en innovatieve projecten op het gebied van elektriciteit te werken? Hou je ervan om kansen te ontdekken en te ontwikkelen, en relaties te onderhouden met klanten en prospects in een toegewezen segment? Is het dragen van de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor projecten op financieel, technisch en planningsgebied een uitdaging die je al met succes bent aangegaan? Dan ben jij misschien wel de Branch Manager die wij zoeken!

Als Branch Manager kun je een boeiende en afwisselende functie verwachten, in de sector van de besturingstechniek binnen verschillende energiesectoren.

Uw functie:

  • U bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de strategie voor uw marktsegment, u identificeert groeimogelijkheden en analyseert de markt
  • U bouwt een portfolio op door projecten bij bestaande klanten te detecteren (“farming”) en door nieuwe klanten in uw segment te werven en binnen te halen (“hunting”)
  • U bouwt een netwerk op met klanten en partners om strategische allianties (consortia, GME enz.) voor TranzCom Energy tot stand te brengen.
  • U doet aanbiedingen en helpt deze af te ronden met (terugkerende en potentiële) klanten.
  • U ondersteunt de projectmanagers en neemt deel aan de evaluaties van de projecten die zij binnen uw segment beheren
  • U controleert de verwachte resultaten van uw projecten, de planning en de klanttevredenheid gedurende de looptijd van het project
  • In overleg met de Business Unit Manager bepaalt u het projectteam en de verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team voor elk van de projecten
  • U neemt deel aan en vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op beurzen, bij federaties en bij alle soorten evenementen die interessant zijn voor uw segment

Uw profiel :

  • U hebt een masterdiploma als industrieel ingenieur behaald of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • U hebt ruime ervaring in projectmanagement/projectbeheer in de sectoren energie/industrie/infrastructuur
  • U hebt gevoel voor contact en klantrelaties, u onderhoudt deze relaties (Customer Intimacy)
  • Als ervaren onderhandelaar hebt u een proactieve commerciële houding, bent u assertief en sociaal
  • U hebt een strategische visie en kunt flexibel reageren op onvoorziene veranderingen
  • U bent zelfstandig in de organisatie van uw werk en draagt tegelijkertijd bij aan de teamgeest die binnen de Business Unit heerst
  • U beheerst zowel het Engels als het Frans
