Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir nach 1 Buchhalter/in Vollzeit, auch Teilzeit möglich, sofortiger Eintritt

IHRE AUFGABEN

+ Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung in einem kleinen Team (Stammdatenverwaltung, Mahnwesen, Monitoring, Bankbuchungen).

+ Mitarbeit bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

+ Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für Verbandsabrechnungen, Banken, Steuerberatern

+ Sie fungieren als Ansprechperson für diverse Steuerthemen.

+ Laufende Abstimmung mit Behörden, Ämtern und anderen Fachabteilungen

+ Grundkenntnisse auch in Controlling / Lohnverrechnung wünschenswert

IHR PROFIL

+ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

+ Buchhalterprüfung und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert

+ Kenntnisse IGS Buchhaltung/Controlling auf IBM I5 von Vorteil

+ routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und IT-Systemen

+ Prozessorientiertes Denken und gutes Zahlenverständnis

+ Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

+ Verlässlichkeit, Loyalität und Teamfähigkeit
