Hier bringen Sie Ihre Zahlenliebe ein:

* Sie unterstützen tatkräftig bei der laufenden Buchhaltung (nach UGB) für mehrere Konzerngesellschaften.

* Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Kreditoren- und/oder Debitorenbuchhaltung.

* Das Buchen von Banken, das Verwalten von SEPA-Mandaten sowie die Durchführung von Zahlläufen und Einzügen gehören zu Ihrem Alltag.

* Sie kümmern sich um das Mahnwesen, die OP-Bearbeitung sowie die Intercompany-Fakturierung und -Abstimmung.

* Die sorgfältige Pflege der Sachkonten liegt in Ihren Händen.

* Sie wirken aktiv bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse mit.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

* Sie haben eine fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

* Sie bringen mindestens 2-3 Jahre fundierte Praxis in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.

* Eine abgelegte Buchhalterprüfung ist ein schönes Plus, aber absolut kein Muss. Ihre Berufserfahrung zählt!

* Der Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen ist für Sie Routine.

* Sie arbeiten von Natur aus exakt, strukturiert und schätzen ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit.

* Eine gesunde Portion Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Teamarbeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
