Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert informatiesystemen die optimaal aansluiten op de operationele processen binnen een steeds complexere elektriciteitsmarkt. Daardoor kunnen we onze klanten betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven ondersteunen. Your role Hoe houd jij Nederland aan? Als Business Analist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van informatie, processen en systemen en het vertalen van businessbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen, zodat Nederland kan blijven rekenen op betrouwbare, betaalbare en duurzame energie. Binnen Tennet kom je te werken in het Customer & Business Services team, bestaande uit 17 collega's. Daarnaast ben jij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Je verzamelt, analyseert en interpreteert informatie uit verschillende bronnen om inzichten te bieden die bijdragen aan datagedreven besluitvorming rondom financiële klantprocessen, meetdata, verrekeningen en marktontwikkelingen. - Je analyseert en definieert verbeteringen in processen, systemen en interfaces en vertaalt deze naar functionele eisen en oplossingen, zodat informatiesystemen optimaal aansluiten op de operationele bedrijfsvoering. - Je werkt als verbindende schakel tussen business en IT en stemt af met stakeholders binnen agile Get-Ready- en Developmentteams, zodat wijzigingen efficiënt worden gerealiseerd en geïmplementeerd. - Je voert impactanalyses uit op wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving, marktcodes, processen, systemen en interfaces, zodat TenneT compliant blijft en tijdig kan inspelen op ontwikkelingen binnen de energiemarkt. - Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt rapportages, analyses...
