In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de digitale transformatie binnen de gehele organisatie.

  • Breng bedrijfsprocessen haarscherp in kaart en herinricht ze via BPMN om de operationele efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Sla als Business Analyst Digitalisatie de brug tussen de business en IT door behoeften van stakeholders om te zetten in werkbare oplossingen.
  • Verken samen met ontwikkelaars de mogelijkheden van AI-agents en nichesoftware om dagelijkse routines slimmer in te richten.
  • Begeleid de in-productiestelling van nieuwe applicaties en ondersteun eindgebruikers op de werf en kantoor voor een vlot verloop.
  • Draag de volledige eindverantwoordelijkheid voor projecten tijdens de analyse, programmering en praktische implementatie.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in handelswetenschappen of toegepaste economische wetenschappen.
  • Ongeveer 5 jaar relevante ervaring siert jouw cv, waardoor je als Business Analyst Digitalisatie meteen impact kunt maken.
  • Ervaring met de implementatie van ERP-systemen vormt een uitstekende troef voor deze uitdaging.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een nuchtere, eerlijke en communicatief sterke professional.
