Deze functie opereert op het snijvlak van business, IT en datamanagement, met een focus op Technische Business Analyse. Beide richtingen dragen bij aan de succesvolle implementatie van het energiemanagement platform Vertex. Sommige analisten richten zich op technische systeemconfiguratie en data-analyse, terwijl anderen zich bezighouden met procesoptimalisatie, klant interactie en het opstellen van functionele specificaties. Er is altijd sprake van overlap tussen deze aandachtsgebieden. De rol vereist een sterk analytisch vermogen, diepgaande kennis van processen binnen de energiemarkt en de capaciteit om bedrijfsbehoeften te vertalen naar gestructureerde, schaalbare oplossingen. De professional werkt intensief samen met diverse stakeholders, waaronder klanten, developers en architecten, en coördineert projecten terwijl de software-architectuur wordt bewaakt samen met de lead engineers. Daarnaast zorgt men ervoor dat oplossingen voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en aansluiten bij bedrijfsdoelstellingen, waarbij veiligheid, schaalbaarheid en efficiëntie gewaarborgd zijn.
