Jouw werk als Business Application Specialist Als Business Application Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat onze applicaties naadloos aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen de business en IT en zorgt dat systemen blijven draaien en optimaal worden benut. Je analyseert meldingen en vraagstukken, schakelt met collega's en leveranciers en komt tot passende oplossingen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de directe vraag, maar ook naar het grotere geheel: hoe werken processen en systemen samen, en waar liggen kansen om dit slimmer in te richten? Ook binnen projecten speel je een belangrijke rol. Je denkt mee over nieuwe oplossingen en bewaakt dat deze goed aansluiten op bestaande processen en het applicatielandschap. Dankzij jouw inzicht, structuur en proactieve houding blijven onze applicaties betrouwbaar, logisch ingericht en prettig in gebruik. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Je beheert en optimaliseert één of meerdere applicaties, zoals Maatwerk ERP en D365. - Je analyseert en lost functionele meldingen en verstoringen op. - Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor onze collega's en ondernemers en schakelt met IT en leveranciers. - Je vertaalt wensen vanuit de business naar slimme oplossingen. - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en systemen. - Je werkt mee aan projecten en zorgt voor een goede implementatie. - Je houdt documentatie up-to-date en deelt kennis met je collega's.
