Jobid=534434866139564006 (0.0499) De Functie: In deze functie kom je terecht in het finance team, dat momenteel uit zo'n 20 personen bestaat (CFO, diverse Controllers, een Teamlead Controlling en nog een groep Financieel Medewerkers). Goed om te weten: Deze personen zitten voornamelijk op de vestiging in Brabant, jij bent als enige het grootste deel van je tijd op de vestiging in Almelo aanwezig (van de financiële afdeling dan, uiteraard heb je genoeg andere collega's om je heen op dagelijkse basis. Er werken zo'n 40 personen in Almelo). Om de binding met je finance team te houden is het wel belangrijk dat je één keer per week a één keer per twee weken naar Brabant reist. Vanuit jouw functie ben je financieel verantwoordelijk voor de vestiging in Almelo. De vacature is ontstaan vanwege doorlopende groei van de organisatie, waarbij er behoefte is aan meer financiële expertise in Almelo. In je rol als Business Controller krijg je een ontzettend brede functie. Zo ga je o.a. aan de slag met: - Het opstellen van periodieke rapportages en het uitbrengen van adviezen die hieruit voortvloeien; - Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor het hogere management en de directie; - Je geeft vorm aan de jaarplannen en monitort de voortgang gedurende het jaar. Waar nodig stuur je bij op zowel strategisch als operationeel niveau; - Je voert financiële analyses uit, initieert verbeteringen en zet deze om in acties; - Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt op de voet en spot kansen en trends; - Je bent continu op zoek naar verbetermogelijkheden om de financiële processen te optimaliseren; - Je stuurt je (minder ervaren) collega's aan of bij waar nodig.
