Wil jij cijfers vertalen naar beslissingen die een organisatie vooruithelpen? Als voltijdse Business Controller met een vast contract in Oost-Vlaanderen krijg je de ruimte om rapportering en besluitvorming zichtbaar sterker te maken.

De werkgever is actief in de groothandel en verwerking van aardappelproducten.

Waar jij het verschil maakt

  • Je bouwt dashboards, KPI’s en financiële rapporteringen op.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en vertaalt verbanden naar heldere inzichten voor het management.
  • Je onderzoekt hoe rapporteringen, processen en systemen efficiënter en schaalbaarder kunnen.
  • Je helpt de KPI- en commerciële rapporteringsstructuur verder uitbouwen.
  • Je werkt rond operationele inzichten samen met de operations manager en rapporteert in hoofdzaak aan de zaakvoerder.

De functie omvat 38 uur per week.

Bij deze uitdaging voel je je thuis als je graag verder kijkt dan de cijfers en ontdekt wat ze betekenen.

  • Controlling of finance is voor jou vertrouwd terrein; idealiter breng je 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee.
  • Je bouwt zelfstandig analyses en rapporteringen op en voelt je sterk in Excel, ook bij het maken van rapporteringen en draaitabellen.
  • Een ERP-systeem kennen helpt je om vlot inzicht te krijgen in de manier waarop gegevens worden verwerkt; ervaring met BI-tools is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je analytische en cijfermatige blik gaat samen met snelheid en efficiëntie, zonder dat nauwkeurigheid uit het oog raakt.
  • Je stelt vragen wanneer cijfers of processen niet logisch aanvoelen, denkt graag mee over verbeteringen en gaat discreet en betrouwbaar om met financiële informatie. Je Nederlands is uitstekend; Engels of Frans kennen is een plus.
