Iemand die financiële én operationele informatie met elkaar verbindt, management en directie gevraagd én ongevraagd adviseert en helpt om scherpe keuzes te maken voor de stad én voor Spaarnelanden. Jij maakt cijfers betekenisvol én helpt richting bepalen Als Business Controller ben je een stevige en onafhankelijke sparringpartner voor management en directie . Je helpt de organisatie om prestaties, bedrijfsvoering en financiële resultaten in samenhang te bekijken. Je stelt aannames ter discussie, vraagt door, overziet verschillende belangen en brengt alternatieven en scenario's in beeld. Je bent niet alleen volgend, maar neemt zelf initiatief. Je signaleert verbeterkansen, agendeert onderwerpen die aandacht vragen en doet voorstellen om de bedrijfsvoering, stuurinformatie en business control verder te professionaliseren.
