Jij bent de rechterhand van de finance manager en bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële ondersteuning van deze groep. Daarmee verdien je een brutosalaris tot € 6.000 per maand. Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden Naast het financieel ondersteunen van de bedrijven in de groep, zal jij gaandeweg ook steeds meer strategisch sparringpartner worden van management en directie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit: - Financial Control (circa 60%) - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen - Opstellen van maandrapportages - Analyseren van financiële resultaten - Opstellen rapportages met betrekking tot forecasting en budgettering - Onderhouden van contact met externe accountants - Ondersteunen bij audits - Verbeteren van financiële processen - Business Control (circa 40%) - Adviseren van directie en management - Signaleren van risico's en kansen - Verbeteren van stuurinformatie - Ondersteunen bij groei en acquisities - Financieel inzicht bieden voor besluitvorming In jouw functie ben je werkzaam voor meerdere vestigingen. Naar verwachting werk je één dag per week in Venlo, één dag in Boekel (de basislocatie van het team), één dag in Boxtel, één dag in Hattem of Zwolle en één dag in Veldhoven. Het is daarom belangrijk dat jij bereid en in staat bent om naar al deze locaties te reizen. In deze rol werk je namelijk elke dag op locatie.
