De Geschillencommissie biedt jou een unieke kans om als Business Controller een cruciale rol te spelen in de financiële sturing van een organisatie die écht verschil maakt voor consumenten en ondernemers. Wat ga je doen? Als Business Controller ben jij hét financiële geweten van onze organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat strategische keuzes worden onderbouwd met heldere rapportages, scherpe analyses en relevante KPI's. Je: - Stelt budgetten, prognoses en financiële rapportages op en bewaakt deze nauwgezet. - Signaleert financiële risico's en kansen, en adviseert over mogelijke besparingen en efficiëntieverbeteringen. - Analyseert bedrijfs- en projectprocessen en implementeert verbeteringen waar nodig. - Zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en interne richtlijnen. - Begeleidt de financiële aspecten van projecten en houdt toezicht op een correcte urenverantwoording. - Coördineert de volledige Planning & Control-cyclus, waaronder jaarplannen, kwartaalrapportages en de jaarverantwoording. Plaats in de organisatie De Geschillencommissie faciliteert 8 klachtenloketten en 85 geschillencommissies. Deze hebben allemaal hun eigen begroting en jaarrekening. Dit vraagt een analytische geest en de vaardigheid om alles te overzien.
