Onze klant is een multidisciplinair bureau dat innovatieve projecten realiseert en verschillende expertises samenbrengt. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin de creativiteit en dynamiek van een kleinschalig atelier samengaan met de structuur van een groter bureau. Vanuit Brussel maak je deel uit van een team waarin samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om jouw rol geleidelijk te laten evolueren: je start hoofdzakelijk binnen projectwerk en bouwt, naarmate je ervaring en inzicht groeien, jouw commerciële bijdrage verder uit. Ook buiten de projecten is er aandacht voor verbinding, met regelmatige teambuildings, architectuurcafés en inspirerende architectuurreizen. Dankzij opleidingen en een jaarlijks opleidingsbudget krijg je bovendien ruimte om jouw expertise en professionele horizon verder te ontwikkelen.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe maak jij stabiliteit tastbaar voor klanten en projectteams?

  • Als Business Development Ingenieur combineer je technische stabiliteitsstudies met klantencontact en commerciële projectontwikkeling. Je start met een duidelijke verdeling van ongeveer 80% projectwerk en 20% commerciële ondersteuning, waarna je verantwoordelijkheid geleidelijk groeit.
  • Je ontwerpt, berekent en optimaliseert stabiliteitsconcepten voor middelgrote en grote bouwprojecten. Zo draag je bij aan veilige, haalbare en kostenefficiënte oplossingen die vanaf de ontwerpfase waarde toevoegen.
  • In overleg met architecten, opdrachtgevers en partners vertaal je complexe structurele vraagstukken naar heldere adviezen en concrete ontwerpkeuzes.
  • Je werkt stabiliteitsdossiers, technische nota’s, berekeningen en andere projectdocumentatie uit en bewaakt daarbij de kwaliteit en samenhang van jouw bijdrage.
  • Naast het projectwerk ondersteun je offertes, presentaties en projectvoorstellen. Je helpt technische sterktes te vertalen naar overtuigende oplossingen voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten.
  • Je volgt relevante opportuniteiten, wedstrijden en strategische projecten op en werkt mee aan kandidatuur- en offertedossiers in samenwerking met interne multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je bouwt relaties uit met klanten, studiebureaus en partners en groeit stap voor stap uit tot een gesprekspartner die zowel technische diepgang als commerciële voeling meebrengt.
  • Je werkt vanuit Brussel in een multidisciplinair bureau waar verschillende ontwerp- en ingenieursexpertises samenkomen. De cultuur combineert de betrokkenheid van een compact atelier met de structuur en schaal van een groter bureau, met aandacht voor samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Ben jij sterk in stabiliteit en nieuwsgierig naar business development?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma als burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde/stabiliteit.
  • Je brengt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee met stabiliteitsstudies voor middelgrote of grote projecten en kunt zelfstandig technische analyses en berekeningen uitwerken.
  • Ervaring met relevante rekensoftware en BIM- of Revit-omgevingen is een pluspunt, omdat je technische inzichten zo efficiënt kunt vertalen naar projectdocumentatie en ontwerpbeslissingen.
  • Interesse in klantenadvies, offertes en business development is belangrijker dan een volledig uitgewerkt commercieel profiel. Je krijgt ruimte om dit deel van je rol geleidelijk verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je communiceert helder, luistert actief en werkt graag samen met verschillende disciplines. Die combinatie helpt je om vertrouwen op te bouwen, complexe materie begrijpelijk te maken en technische mogelijkheden te verbinden met de noden van een klant.
