EAE Solutions maakt onderdeel uit van de internationaal opererende QIPC-EAE Group en ontwikkelt innovatieve software- en hardwareoplossingen voor de intralogistieke markt. De organisatie automatiseert distributiecentra en warehouses van internationale klanten zoals Amazon, DHL, PostNL, Lidl en Zalando. Wereldwijd werken ruim 200 medewerkers binnen de groep, waarvan ongeveer 60 vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Oosterhout. Ondanks het internationale karakter heeft EAE Solutions de cultuur van een ondernemend MKB-bedrijf. De lijnen zijn kort, de deuren staan open en collega's weten elkaar gemakkelijk te vinden. De organisatie groeit hard en bevindt zich in een fase waarin processen verder worden geprofessionaliseerd. Functieomschrijving Als Business Controller krijg je een veelzijdige positie waarin je verder kijkt dan alleen de cijfers. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de CFO, Teamlead Finance en projectmanagers en helpt de organisatie om meer grip te krijgen op haar internationale projecten. Je analyseert resultaten, ontwikkelt rapportages en denkt actief mee over hoe financiële processen slimmer en efficiënter ingericht kunnen worden.
